Scheduled Network Maintenance #20180106001

Between Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at 8:00 PM (EDT) - Sunday, January 7th, 2018 at 3:00 AM (EDT)

JJCOM.COM will be performing network maintenance. We do not anticipate any service-affecting issues, however we are creating this announcement as a courtesy.

At the end of the maintenance window, there is the possibility of very brief interruptions (a few seconds) to connectivity to JJCOM.COM services.

Please note that NO impact to inbound/outbound calling services is expected during this event.

End of Year Holiday Schedule #20171221001

Please be advised, that in order to allow our employees some time with their family during this holiday season, our offices will be closed Thursday, December 21, 2017 thru Tuesday, January 2, 2017.

Scheduled Third Party LNP Black Out Dates #20171007002

Please be advised that this is not service affecting, this will only affect LNP orders.

Please note, that we will not able to port any numbers from/to Windstream from Monday October 16th through Sunday October 22nd, as Windstream will be having a scheduled outage during this time.

This outage will impact all Windstream service areas. All Windstream port in and out submissions during this outage will be rejected.

Also, we will not be able to honor porting due dates between Monday October 16th and Sunday October 22nd. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Level 3 outage affects voice customers across United States #20161004001

UPDATE: Level 3 did post on Facebook at about 12:30pm EST that it had restored services:

On October 4, our voice network experienced service disruptions that affected some of our customers in North America. We know how important these services are to our customers. We were able to restore all services by 9:31 a.m. Mountain time. We are investigating the root cause of the outage.

This outage began between 10 & 11 am EST and has impacted landline, cellular, and voip communications of every communications company in the US.

Planned Maintenance Notice #20160916001

UPDATE: Due to technical and logistical reasons outside the control of JJCOM.COM, the maintenance outlined below had been postponed. A new announcement will be posted once the new maintenance window had been set.

On the evenings of September 16th, 17th, 18th, 2016 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST we will be performing upgrades and migrations of all hosted systems at our Salt Lake City, New York City, and Miami data centers. During this time, customers may experience intermittent disruption of services. In order to guarantee completion of inbound calls during this maintenance period, please be sure that you have configured your fail-over settings for all of your in-bound phone numbers.

Scheduled E911 Maintenance #20160820001

Between Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 9:00 AM (EDT) - Monday, August 22, 2016 at Midnight (EDT)

JJCOM.COM's 911 provider will make a system upgrade during the referenced maintenance window. During this time, customers will be unable to add or make changes to their E911 information. Please note that all E911 calls and existing lookups will be fully operational.
